See the video highlights and action shots as Munster enjoyed a 28-13 victory over Leinster at Thomond Park in round 11 of the Guinness PRO12 on St Stephens Day.
At the half way point of the league Munster are the highest placed Irish province – third on the table and within three points of league leaders Ospreys.
CJ Stander – Man of the Match on the night – spoke after Munster’s win over Leinster, "We want to make Thomond Park a fortress. We have had three losses on the bounce so it's good to get a win."
"We just said all week with the internationals getting a rest that it's a chance for the boys to play again."
"I think we came out and played our game. We put them in their half and kept them there. We got the tries using the wind and Keats (Ian Keatley).
Stander also looked ahead to Connacht away in Galway this coming Thursday (New Year’s Day, KO 5pm).
"It's going to be a great match up there and the Sportsground is a tough place to play. I think tonight is a big booster for the rest of the week and hopefully we will go on from this."
While Head Coach Anthony Foley spoke of the need to maintain ruthlessness on the field heading into this week’s round 12 encounter away to the tribesmen.
"We want more, you want to be selfish around those performances. When we play with that intensity, physicality . . . that's what I like to see from Munster teams, ruthless.
"We want it again against Connacht. It will be hard to come by, but that's the standard."
