Watch as our guys are tested on their agility, speed and power in UL’s Physical Education and Sports Sciences facility, while Munster’s Head of Fitness Aled Walters explains the importance of these tests in the modern game.
Munster return to Guinness PRO12 action when they welcome Cardiff Blues to Irish Independent Park, Cork for a lunchtime kick-off next Saturday, October 17th.
