Sponsor For A Day – Final Chance To Vote

Voting closes this Sunday for Bank of Ireland’s ‘Sponsor for a Day’ competition where five shortlisted companies from across the province have the chance of sponsoring Munster for January’s European Champions Cup clash against Stade Francais at Thomond Park.

Valued at €;50,000, one lucky company will receive the following – their company logo on the front of the players' jerseys; pitch signage; corporate hospitality for ten guests; match programme advert; photographs with the team; promotion for the winning businesses from Bank of Ireland, Munster Rugby and RTE Radio One on the Ray D'Arcy Show.

Selected from a panel of judges that included Declan Galvin, Head of Small Business at Bank of Ireland, and Muster squad captain Peter O'Mahony, the five shortlisted companies are:

  • RollerJam Roller Skate Rinks – Cork & Limerick
  • Skelligs Chocolate – Ballingskelligs, Kerry
  • Roche's Feed – Limerick
  • O'Neill Oil – Youghal, Co. Cork
  • CelgenTek Limited – Shannon, Co. Clare


Voting
The competition is now open to a public to vote on www.bankofireland.com/sponsorforaday.
THIS IS THE FINAL WEEK FOR VOTING. Voting will close at midnight this Sunday November 29th with the winner to be announced this coming Monday.

RollerJam Roller Skate Rinks
RollerJam are roller skating rinks located in Cork and Limerick and are Ireland's biggest indoor rinks. The rinks have state-of-the-art facilities suitable for both adults and children. Skating sessions last 2.5 hours with lots of activities on offer including parties, fitness classes and lessons.

Skelligs Chocolate
Skelligs Chocolate is a family business based in the South West of Ireland, at St. Finian's Bay in Kerry overlooking the magnificent Skellig Rocks. Visitors are welcome to visit their new open plan factory and see the chocolates being created, taste the freshly made delights and learn more about chocolate.

Roche's Feeds
Roche's Feeds from Limerick, is one of the last family owned feed mills in the country. The company has developed its business from a small manufacturing unit producing 21,000 tonnes per annum in 1994 and employing 18 staff, to a company which is now one of the leading suppliers of animal feed in Ireland, and at present employing 40 staff.

O'Neill Oil
O'Neill Oil is based in Youghal in Co. Cork and is a local, family business, dealing with the community on a daily basis. Having been in business for over thirty years the concept of team work is paramount to the success of the business.
