Mike Sherry, Keith Earls, Simon Zebo and captain CJ Stander all crossed for tries with Ian Keatley adding three conversions as Munster returned to form in recording a 26-13 victory.

Speaking with media after the full time whistle, Foley said, “The boys played with a lot of pride and character out there and took their opportunities when they came.  I thought there was a couple of very nice individual tries but going in at half time I still thought we were playing the game in the wrong area of the field.  We tried to get the message on that they (Stade) were playing with 14 in their line and it was hard for our guys to get momentum in their carries – it was like hitting a brick wall.
 
“We tried to shape that differently in the second half, put up contestable balls and put them back into corners to take numbers off that front line.  I thought the boys managed that well and Zeeb’s (Simon Zebo) try in the second half was great with a lovely finish after a wonderful kick from Keats (Ian Keatley). 
 
“When you are not getting results everything gets on your shoulders and it starts to weigh you down so you might not do things that are more natural to you.  Last week it was disappointing over in Paris not to get anything out of the game, but to follow it up by getting 5 points at home says a lot about this group of players.”
