In Pics: Munster V Leinster

See the action shots from last night’s absorbing interprovincial as Munster ran Leinster close in Round 19 of the Guinness PRO12 at the Aviva Stadium.

With defences remaining virtually impenetrable throughout, Munster and Leinster scored just one try apiece with both fly halves, namesakes Johnny Holland and Sexton, scoring all of their sides’ respective points.
 
Sexton touched down and converted the game’s opening try just on the stroke of half time with Holland replicating that feat upon the resumption.
 
Sexton added three penalties to his tally and Holland added two as Leinster claimed the spoils on a 16-13 scoreline.  Read the full match report here.

The bonus point loss sees Munster drop to sixth on the Guinness PRO12 table. 

Munster now travel to face Connacht at the Sportsground, Galway in Round 20 of the competition on Saturday April 16^th at 7:15pm.
