Crucial Clash In Cork

Respective losses for Munster and Edinburgh in the last round of Guinness PRO12 action brings huge significance to Munster’s next encounter when they welcome the Scotsmen to Irish Independent Park on Friday April 29th (KO 7.35pm) with both sides chasing Champions Cup qualification.

In looking ahead to what is a must-win game for his side, Head Coach Anthony Foley has called for a strong show of home support in what will be Munster’s final visit of the season to Cork.
 
“We need massive turnout in Musgrave Park and for the fans to get in behind the boys.  The fans effort is phenomenal the team need all the support they can get.  It’s massive, massive.
 
“We’ve got to be tight and make sure we are properly prepared and we have to make sure that we give it a big shot down in Cork and that we get a result.”
