Start Your Bank Holiday In Irish Independent Park!

Don’t miss your chance to cheer on Munster in their final trip of the season to Cork. With the long summer evenings upon us and good weather conditions forecasted, get behind the men in red for this crucial Guinness PRO12 clash with both Munster and Edinburgh chasing Champions Cup qualification.

With just two rounds of the regular season to be played, both sides find themselves level on league points in the chase for top flight European action next season.  Edinburgh travel to Cork with the better defensive record, but it’s Munster who have been more fruitful in attack with both sides determined to leave nothing in the tank in what is a must-win game for both camps.

It all makes for a thrilling, edge-of-your-seat encounter in Cork and Head Coach Anthony Foley has called on fans to cheer on Munster when they need it most.

“We need massive turnout in Irish Independent Park and for the fans to get in behind the boys. The fans effort is phenomenal and the team need all the support they can get. It's massive.

“We've got to be tight and make sure we are properly prepared and we have to make sure that we give it a big shot down in Cork and that we get a result.”
