Ticket & Matchday Info – Munster V Edinburgh

The latest ticket, parking and matchday information for Friday’s Guinness PRO12 clash in Irish Independent Park where Munster host Edinburgh in Round 21 of the competition – KO 7:35pm.

Tickets
This game is now sold out.  

All scanners in Irish Independent Park can now detect ticket barcodes on your phone. Once you have your phone, you have your ticket. If you send your ticket to a friend/family member they can also download the barcode to their phone.

Parking
The Black Ash Park and Ride have extended their car park opening hours until 9:45pm to facilitate parking.  With Cork City FC also in action close by at Turners Cross, fans are asked to make use of this facility as parking is already very limited in the area.
 
Any cars parked illegally or blocking entrances will be towed.

Pre-Match
The stadium turnstiles will open at 6:05pm with all food outlets inside the ground open at the same time. 

Match programmes will be on sale inside the ground and cost €;4.
 
We welcome back Cara O’Sullivan and the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Choir who will perform Stand Up and Fight before kick-off. The Hit Machine drumming group will also take to the field pre-match, fusing Celtic, Brazilian and African influenced drumming styles.

There will be lots of activity in the Fan Zone including the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone where you can meet some of the players.  Plus, Munster mascot Oscar is looking forward to meeting our younger supporters who can put their rugby skills to the test in the 'Tackle Cage Challenge', 'Tak' Reaction Board and much more!

The Munster Rugby Store mobile unit will be open at the stadium from 6:05pm. 

Stadium Information

  • No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.
  • Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found here.
  • There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

Weather in Cork
A clear evening is expected.  Highs of 7 degrees. 
 

Broadcaster
This game will be broadcast live on TG4.
