In Pics: First Training Gallery Of 2016/17

Check out the first gallery of the new season as, with all internationals now back in preseason training, the full squad took to the training field at UL.

In squad news, new signing Jean Kleyn has now arrived in the province and will link up with his new Munster teammates this week.  The 22-year-old former Stormers lock has signed a three-year contract in a move that sees him reunited with his former Defence Coach Jacques Nienaber.

Additional club players involved in different stages of preseason in recent weeks include Conor Fitzgerald (Ard Scoil Rís), Alan Fitzgerald (Shannon), John Poland (Cork Con), Daniel Hurley (Crescent CC) Colm Hogan (Trinity) and former Leinster centre Colm O'Shea (Clontarf).

The 2016 Kearys Renault Series will see Munster player their first games of the season, welcoming Zebre to the Waterford RSC on Friday August 19th before facing Donncha O'Callaghan's Worcester Warriors at Irish Independent Park, Cork the following Friday.
