Munster Hit Waterford This Friday
15th August 2016 By Munster Rugby
This Friday, Munster hit the road to Waterford as they commence the 2016 Kearys Renault Series, welcoming Italian outfit Zebre to the RSC in what will be the Munster’s first game under the stewardship of Director of Rugby Rassie Erasmus and his backroom team – ko 7pm.
As with previous years, the Kearys Renault Series encounters mark the end of preseason with fans in and around Waterford getting a first look at Munster before they commence the competitive season in just a couple of weeks.
Hoping to reap the benefits of an intense eight-week preseason programme, Munster make the journey east for the first time since August 2014 when, in front of a sell-out crowd of 5,000, they recorded a 17-5 victory over London Irish.
Once again this year, you can be there to cheer on Munster in Waterford. Tickets can be purchased at the ground on matchday, online here, or by calling 061 421103.
