2016/17 B&I Cup Fixtures Confirmed

The 2016/17 British and Irish Cup pool fixtures have been confirmed with Munster A bringing their three home games to local rugby clubs in the province, namely Midleton RFC, Ennis RFC and Bandon RFC.
Drawn against three English Championship sides in Pool 2 of the competition, Munster A open their campaign on home soil, welcoming London Welsh to Midleton RFC on Saturday October 15th at 2.30pm. While the following Saturday, October 22nd, also at 2.30pm, Munster A pay a visit to Doncaster Knights, the side that defeated them in the 2015 quarter-final of the competition.
December’s back-to-back fixtures see Munster travel to Rotherham Titans on Saturday the 12th at 2pm before the return fixture in Ennis RFC just over a week later, Sunday December 18th, also at 2pm.
Friday night lights at Bandon RFC will provide the backdrop to Munster A’s home encounter with Doncaster Knights on January 13th at 7pm with the men in red concluding their pool campaign away to London Welsh on Saturday January 21st at 2pm.
