The latest ticket, travel and matchday information for Saturday evening’s Champions Cup quarter final clash in Thomond Park where Munster host Toulouse – KO 5:45pm.

Tickets
This game is SOLD OUT. Tickets are no longer available and will not be available at the ground on match day. With the addition of extra seating 26,200 tickets have been sold for this fixture.

Should you have an e-ticket, no need to print, you can use your smartphone to scan in on the day.  Please note, no season cards will scan on the day.

Event Information
Open from 2pm, make our brand new covered Pavilion on the Fan Zone your pre-match meeting point (located alongside the East Stand). Leinster V Wasps will be shown on a big screen in the new Pavilion which will house additional bars and catering facilities. Also, meet the players from 4:45pm, soak up the atmosphere in the Guinness Dug Out Bar and enjoy great food from a wide range of artisan vendors.

There will be lots of activity for kids in the Fan Zone including the Bank of Ireland Family FunzoneSpin South West will be there playing all the latest hits, our mascot Oscar is looking forward to meeting younger supporters and they can put their rugby skills to the test in the ‘Tackle Cage Challenge’, ‘Tak’ Reaction Board and much more!

The Munster Rugby Museum Experience is open from 2pm, until before kick-off.

The stadium turnstiles will be open from 3pm with all bars and food outlets inside the ground open at the same time. The Leinster V Wasps quarter-final will also be shown on all TVs in the concourses.

The Munster Rugby Supporters Club will organise a Guard of Honour to welcome the team buses to Thomond Park. They are asking as many supporters as possible to welcome the Munster team bus as it arrives at Thomond Park and show them that we’re ready to be the 16th man ahead of kick off. If you wish to participate, please meet the members of the MRSC in the Fan Zone at 3:55pm.

‘Tap and go’ – Contactless payments are now available throughout Thomond Park for amounts up to €30.

The Munster Rugby Stores will be open at the stadium with the East Stand store open from 2pm, and the Mobile unit outside the West Stand also open from 2pm.

After the game there will be live music from Tree’s Fall Down in the Pavilion on the Fan Zone, with bars and catering facilities in the fan zone also open after the game.

On-Pitch Entertainment
We welcome the MRSC Choir who will perform before kick-off along with Jean Wallace.  The Hit Machine will also be with us pre match. The MRSC Guard of Honour will be present to welcome the teams onto the pitch and our half-time mini rugby display will feature Killarney v Castleisland and Shandon v Carrick on Suir.

Please note:

  • No one will be able to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink containers on entering the stadium.
  • Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations found
  • There will be stewards and security on site to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.

Traffic & Travel
*As a result of industrial action involving Bus Eireann, we would advise all supporters planning to use public services to check with the service provider.

Trains

Irish Rail have services from both Dublin and Cork to Limerick on the day of the match. Return services are available to Cork and Dublin at 21:25hrs from Limerick.

Buses

Dublin Coach will provide a return bus service to Limerick from Dublin, Ennis, Killarney and Tralee. Fares vary between €5 and €10 one way with 2 kids u12 travelling free with every paying adult. It is advised that all passengers book online to guarantee their seat for time of travel www.dublincoach.ie

CityLink will provide a return bus service to Limerick from Cork and Galway. Fares for a return journey start at €13.30 and can be booked online at http://www.citylink.ie/.

*The public bus service (Bus Eireann) from Henry Street (bus no. 302) runs every 20 minutes to Thomond Park.
