It has been confirmed that Munster Rugby will host 11 home games for season 2017/18. The current stadium allocation will continue for Thomond Park (7 games) and Irish Independent Park (4 games) for the upcoming season. As always, once the fixtures are confirmed we will allocate the games to each stadium accordingly.
What will happen next season with a reduction in home games?
- The number of away games played by a team against opponents from the other Conference will switch each season. As Munster Rugby have 11 home games this season, next year will see them host 10. Munster Rugby will review the possible options prior to season tickets going on sale for 2018/19.
As a Season Ticket Holder (STH) what does it mean for me?
- With 11 home games confirmed for this season there is no change to the Season Ticket Holder agreement this year. In the event of future home game reductions Munster Rugby will review all possible options prior to season tickets going on sale.
As a 10 Year Ticket Holder what does it mean for me?
- With one year remaining in the current 10 Year Ticket agreement there is no change to the current ticket allocation.
