New Defence Coach JP Ferreira has had a hectic month since joining Munster in December from Super Rugby side the Lions.

He arrived at the province just before Christmas ahead of three Interpro derbies and is set to experience the Champions Cup atmosphere at Thomond Park for the first time on Sunday.

JP spent a decade working with the South African club across a number of coaching and analyst roles before joining the Munster coaching team of Head Coach Johann van Graan, Forwards Coach Jerry Flannery, and Backline and Attack Coach Felix Jones.
