The clash is set to be an important one for both sides as Munster look to secure second place in Conference A and a home qualifier for the semi-finals with Ulster chasing third spot in Conference B and a place in the Final Series.

Games between Munster and Ulster are invariably tight affairs with Munster recording a double over the northern outfit last season, winning 15-14 and 22-20. Ulster were the victors when the sides met on New Year’s Day this season thanks to a 24-17 victory in Belfast.
