Munster Rugby are now accepting applications from charities that wish to become Munster Rugby’s Nominated Charity Partners for the 2018/19 season.

Over the season Munster Rugby will work closely with each Nominated Charity Partner providing them with active support on specific projects and will work to help them raise awareness and funds for projects.

By focusing with each charity on specific projects that are important to them, the aim is for Munster Rugby to make a real difference through the involvement of players, interaction at matches and the association of the Munster Rugby brand.

Working with the charities throughout season, Munster Rugby look to support the nominated charities in the following ways:

  • Player appearances
  • Signed merchandise
  • Hospitality box at a PRO14 match in Thomond Park
  • Supporting various fundraising activities during the year

Munster Rugby’s Nominated Charity Programme was established in 2010 as an official structure to actively support nominated charities each season.

Each year all applications are reviewed over the summer by a committee containing members from the Munster Branch, senior players, team management and Munster Rugby staff representatives.

If you are involved with a charity that wishes to apply, simply fill in this form and email it to info@munsterrugby.ie with ‘Nominated Charity Application’ in the subject line. The application process will close on Friday, July 20.
