Ian Keatley takes part in the pre-season screening.

Pre-season training commenced today with the players gathering at the High Peformance Centre in UL for a day of screening and monitoring following a month-long break.

Joining the squad were newcomers Arno Botha and Mike Haley with the returning Neil Cronin back in provincial training for the first time since the 2014/15 season.

The new adidas training kit, which will be available exclusively at Life Style Sports, made its first appearance of the season with players wearing the new pieces as they took part in various tests across gym and field sessions.
