Check out how our squad spent their six days in South Africa last week ahead of the Guinness PRO14 victory over Cheetahs in Bloemfontein last Sunday afternoon.

The team arrived back in Ireland on Tuesday and commenced a down week with the squad returning to training towards the end of next week.
Munster travel to Italy to face Zebre in their next Guinness PRO14 clash on Sunday, November 25 (4.30pm local time, 3.30pm Irish time).
