Thomas Ahern in action for the Munster U18 Clubs team.
Thomas Ahern is the latest Academy player under the spotlight in our series profiling the eight recruits that joined the Greencore Munster Rugby Academy last summer.
Ahern, who plays in the second row, started playing rugby at Youghal RFC and has also lined out for Waterford clubs Dungarvan RFC and Waterpark RFC.
He has represented Munster and Ireland at U18 level and won the U18 Clubs Interpro title with Munster last season.
