Squad Update | Pre Guinness PRO14 Quarter-Final

The Munster squad return to training at the High Performance Centre in Limerick today in preparing for Saturday’s Guinness PRO14 quarter-final against Benetton Rugby in Thomond Park on Saturday (3pm).

Tickets for the game are available here and kids go free! (If you buy an adult ticket for the game, you can also order an additional two Junior tickets free of charge.)

Following Saturday’s win over Connacht at Thomond Park, Munster Rugby’s medical department have confirmed the below.

Conor Murray was removed prior to the game against Connacht with a minor neck injury. He has been assessed by the medical department and will train fully today.

Dan Goggin was removed for a HIA on Saturday which he passed and will resume full training today.

Keith Earls (thigh) and Joey Carbery (hamstring) will return to team training this week.

The following are progressing with rehabilitation: Brian Scott (foot), James Cronin (leg), Fineen Wycherley (hamstring), Tommy O’Donnell (shoulder).

Munster Players In All Ireland League Action

Senior man Duncan Williams and Academy players Shane Daly, Alex McHenry, Seán French and Jonathan Wren helped Cork Constitution book their place in the All Ireland League final.

French was a try-scorer in Con’s impressive 23-3 win over Dublin University at Temple Hill.

Academy man Jack O’Sullivan started for UCC as they saw off the challenge of Malone 27-11 at the Mardyke in their Division 1A promotion/relegation play-off semi-final.
