Cliona’s Foundation provides financial assistance directly to parents of children with life-limiting, or chronic complex care needs, across Ireland to help with the non-medical expenses related to caring for their child.
As one of two nominated charities for the season, the province has been working closely with the Foundation in helping them raise awareness and generate much-needed funds.
