The Munster Rugby squad are into week four of pre-season training with Lead Physiotherapist Damien Mordan providing the latest update on the pre-season programme.
Munster Rugby’s Medical Department work with individual players throughout the off-season and the wider squad during pre-season training.
The Medical Department play a key role throughout pre-season, working closely with the Athletic Department and the coaching team.
Damien said: “We’re here to facilitate the rugby programme first and foremost and across that we want them to get the players as fit, as fast and as strong as we can.”
