Joining the province this summer, scrum-half Nick McCarthy has been settling into his new surroundings while putting in the work during the opening block of pre-season training.
We caught up with the former Ireland U20s captain below.
The squad rounded off their fourth week of pre-season training last week with a break from routine and hit Lahinch Beach for an afternoon conditioning session.
The players will follow a recovery schedule this week in their own time and the squad will resume training after the bank holiday weekend.
