Munster Rugby Announce Spectrum.Life Partnership

Ireland’s largest provider of corporate wellbeing, Spectrum.Life, announced a new partnership with Munster Rugby today.

This is a market first as the UK and Ireland’s leading corporate health and wellbeing provider joins forces with the Munster Rugby High Performance Leadership Programme.

Spectrum.Life look after the health and wellness needs of corporate clients. Their service offering includes a market leading Employee Assistance programme plus health and wellbeing seminars; workshops; one-on-one consultations and digital content all delivered as standalone products or together through an innovative digital platform.

While the original High Performance Leadership Programme for senior leaders will continue to be delivered from Munster Rugby’s High Performance Centre in Limerick, this market first partnership allows the programme to take place online and eventually in office so that wider management and employee teams can benefit from the same learnings.

The programme aims to give attendees the tools to be a more resilient and capable leader equipping them with the skills that Munster Rugby work on with their players each and every day.

The content is designed by senior University of Limerick staff from the Kemmy Business School, the Medical School and the Physical Education and Sports Science Department and delivered by Clinical and Health Specialists at Spectrum.Life.
