This Week At Munster Rugby

Munster Rugby are set for a return to Guinness PRO14 action at Thomond Park on Sunday afternoon against Ospreys (2.45pm, live on eir Sport, TG4, S4C & Premier Sports).
The team were due to play Benetton on Saturday but the game was postponed.

Monday
The Munster squad are on a down day with training commencing on Tuesday for Sunday’s Guinness PRO14 clash against Ospreys.
We have a round-up of the Irish Rugby Sevens Tournament that was played over the last three weekends as the four provinces and the Ireland Men’s team played the round-robin competition.

Tuesday
The team return to training at the HPC and we’ll bring you the latest injury news in the Squad Update. We will also see if any of the nine Munster players selected in Ireland’s Autumn Nations Cup squad will be released ahead of Sunday’s game with Ospreys.
The Ireland team to play Wales at the Aviva on Friday night will be named midweek.
Wednesday
Senior training continues with a coach and player/s speaking to the media via Microsoft Teams looking ahead to Sunday’s game in Limerick.
An Inpho photographer will also be capturing pics at training and we will have a gallery of the best shots on munsterrugby.ie.
The latest episode of our ‘Introducing the Academy’ series with John Hodnett will be published on our YouTube channel and munsterrugby.ie.
There is also Munster Rugby Development news as staff continue to work with clubs and schools across the province hosting non-contact skill development games and activities.
Thursday
Our ‘All You Need To Know’ match preview will also give supporters the lowdown on #MUNvOSP.
We will also have details of Sunday’s match programme, which will be available to download for free from Sunday morning.
There will be an interview with referee George Clancy on his retirement following a very successful refereeing career that started with the Munster Association of Referees.

Friday

The ‘Be There’ initiative has been strongly supported by Munster fans and supporters will have the chance to order their portrait ahead of our home game against Zebre later in November.
Ireland play Wales at the Aviva Stadium with a 7pm kick-off and live coverage on RTÉ.
Saturday
The Captain’s Run will take place ahead of Sunday’s big game in the Guinness PRO14 as Munster look to increase our lead at the top of Conference B.
Sunday
Munster face Ospreys at 2.45pm at Thomond Park in the Guinness PRO14 (live on eir Sport, TG4, S4C & Premier Sports).
