The adult teams of our clubs return to training this week with another big Interpro derby for Munster in the Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup as Connacht visit Limerick.

Monday

Adult teams across Munster make their return to on-field training.

The Munster squad begin their training week as they look to make it three wins from three in the Rainbow Cup on Friday night.

Tuesday

There will be a feature piece with IRFU Women’s Development Manager and former Munster player Amanda Greensmith.

A remote press conference will be hosted at the HPC previewing Friday’s Rainbow Cup clash against Connacht.
