Munster will be aiming to make it a clean sweep of Interpro victories against a Connacht side who will be desperate to keep their Rainbow Cup hopes alive.
The Westerners beat Ulster in the opener before a strong Leinster comeback at the Sportsground dented their hopes in Galway on Saturday night.
With just five games for each club before the June final, each fixture takes on even greater significance.
Munster Head Coach Johann van Graan made eight changes to the starting XV for the game against Ulster and there will be changes again this week.
