Essential Dates Confirmed for 2021/22 Munster Rugby Season Tickets

Munster Rugby are pleased to announce essential dates for 2021/22 Season Tickets and Munster Rugby Supporters Club membership. We are on target for a huge milestone for everyone associated with Munster Rugby and for our dedicated and loyal supporters as we look forward to welcoming fans back to Thomond Park and Musgrave Park during the 2021/22 season. Munster Rugby have worked closely with the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Committee to offer what we believe to be the best solution for our members during this extremely challenging time. In crafting our renewal offering we have been guided by the responses to our MRSC survey and considered tournament formats for next season. The league expansion will see four former South African Super Rugby sides join the tournament fully next season, and while the Champions Cup format has not been finalised at this stage, we are basing our European ticket options on the 2020/21 model of two home pool games. Initial stadium ticket plans have been developed for a one-metre socially distanced return for supporters and ticket availability will be based on that unless anything is to change following government updates and the upcoming test events. Ticket pricing and membership fees are in line with the 2019/20 figures and like previous seasons there are different packages to cater for supporters' varying needs. Commenting on the season ticket offering, Munster Rugby CEO Ian Flanagan, said: “To say we’ve missed our supporters is a huge understatement. “Munster Rugby will forever be synonymous with our Red Army packing our stands and terraces and Thomond Park and Musgrave Park are special places when filled with the kind of support that this club is known throughout the world for. “It will be a great occasion to welcome back our supporters and everyone at the club is extremely grateful for your support throughout this past year and we cannot wait for the day when we can welcome you home.”

Essential Dates

All dates operate with a 10am open, 4pm close. Full Member renewal (June 10 – June 25) The Munster Rugby Ticket Office will open at 10am on Thursday, June 10, for existing Full Members to renew their Season Tickets and MRSC membership. Full Members who renewed last year can renew their membership with the exact same tickets as the 2019/20 season during this period. Associate Member renewal (June 30 – July 9) Current Associate members who wish to renew their membership can renew during this period. Upgrade from Associate to Full Member (July 12 – July 16)  Associate Members who have renewed their membership and wish to upgrade to full membership can do so during this period. Please note that this will be subject to availability following full membership renewal and an Associate Member will need to renew their membership first during the earlier renewal period. Associate Membership opens (July 19 – August 16) Public sale of associate membership of the MRSC opens. Overseas Dates (To be confirmed here shortly) Overseas members who renewed their membership for the 2019/20 season will be able to choose which category of tickets they wish to buy with the renewal of their membership. Once the season’s fixtures are announced, they can allocate their tickets for the five games of their membership.
