Frances Bowen – RIP

22nd June 2021 By The Editor

Frances Bowen, RIP

Frances Bowen, RIP.

Munster Rugby is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former staff member Frances Bowen following illness.

Frances joined the province in 2005 working across administration and payroll operations for over 15 years, completing her time of stellar service at the beginning of this year.

A true professional Frances was a highly regarded member of the finance department and organisation, known for her thoroughness and sociable nature.  With an interest in all sports her passion lay with Munster Rugby, Cork GAA, and Bishopstown GAA, and Mondays were always well spent in dissecting the weekend’s action.

All at Munster Rugby would like to extend their deepest sympathies to husband John, children Kieran and Laura, daughter-in-law Kim, granddaughter Kayleigh and the extended Bowen family.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
