Munster suffered their second defeat of the season, and the first of 2022, with a 10-8 loss against Connacht at the Sportsground on Saturday.
In what was an arm wrestle of an encounter it was an overall disappointing performance from the men in red that resulted in the province suffering their first loss at the Sportground since 2017. Although a narrow defeat for van Graan’s charges, the hosts dominated possession and territory and were deserving of their win at home.
