Preview

Saturday’s match in Johannesburg will see Munster play their game in hand on Leinster and Ulster as Johann van Graan’s men look to close the gap on the top two in the URC table.

The two sides directly below Munster in the table, Glasgow and Edinburgh, face off at Scotstoun on Friday night so it is a big weekend for the chasing pack. See the latest standings here.

Munster will be hoping for a strong start to the clash after a poor opening against Bulls ultimately cost them the match. A superb fightback saw Munster claim a losing bonus-point thanks to tries from Alex Kendellen, Damian de Allende and Jack O’Donoghue but an 80-minute performance will be required if they are to prevail in Johannesburg.
