Munster’s Champions Cup journey ended at the hands of Toulouse for the second year in a row as the holders advance to the Champions Cup semi-finals after winning a place-kick competition following a 24-24 draw after extra-time.
There was an incredible atmosphere at the Aviva Stadium with 40,476 supporters in attendance.
Alex Kendellen, Keith Earls and Mike Haley were the Munster try-scorers with Joey Carbery kicking all three conversions and a penalty.
