We look forward to welcoming you to Thomond Park for Munster v Leinster in round 10 of the BKT United Rugby Championship on St Stephen’s Day (Monday) at 7.35pm.

Tickets

This match is sold out, please do not attend the stadium without a valid ticket.

Please ensure to download your ticket before you arrive at Thomond Park to avoid delays.

The Ticket Office in the East Stand of Thomond Park will be open for queries on matchday from 3pm.

Entry

Gates will open at 17:35 to facilitate access to the stadium.

Bars & Food Concessions

Public bars and food & beverage outlets will be open in the concourses within the stadium.

Fan Zone

Open from 4.30pm, the Guinness Dug Out Bar in the Fan Zone is a great pre-match meeting point for soaking up the atmosphere ahead of the game.

The Swing Grill also opens from 4.30pm.

Come and meet the players from 6.30pm.

There will be lots to enjoy including the Bank of Ireland Family Funzone, where you can challenge your friends and family to the Hang Tough Challenge and Ball Toss Challenge. Our mascot Oscar is looking forward to meeting our younger supporters too.

The MRSC Choir and Laya Healthcare’s Beat Ahead Drummers will be there to entertain supporters.

The Guinness Clubhouse Bar at the West Stand will also open from 5pm.

The Life Style Sports stores will be open at the stadium from 5pm with a choice of 2 locations: the main store in the East Stand and the mobile unit at the West Stand.

Flags

Munster Rugby Supporter Club members will distribute flags in advance of the game.

Match Programmes

Match programmes will be available for sale on the approach to the stadium turnstiles. Please ensure that you purchase your match programme before you go through the turnstiles. Programmes are €5.

Entertainment

Jean Wallace and the MRSC Choir will perform Stand Up and Fight before kick-off. The MRSC Guard of honour will also be present to welcome the teams on to the pitch.

There will be flashing and fast-moving lights as part of the match build up, please seek assistance from a steward if you feel unwell.

We will have flights for 2 to Naples to give away courtesy of Shannon Airport during our stadium selfie competition #ThomondParkSelfie.

Former Munster player John Langford will join us for an interview on the pitch at half-time.

Laya Healthcare’s A Beat Ahead Drummers will also perform at the break.

Minis Rugby – At half-time we will welcome the U11 teams from Dolphin, Dungarvan, Muskerry and Dunmanway.

Buses

The 302 bus service from Henry Street runs every 20 minutes and has a drop off at Thomond Park. Full bus service details see www.buseireann.ie.

Stadium Exit

At the end of the game, please exit the stadium via the same doorway that you used for entry. We ask that all supporters, take their time follow the directions of the stewards when departing the stadium.

Stadium Regulations

Please note the following:

No one will be permitted to enter the stadium with alcohol or glass and customers will be requested to remove the lids of any soft drink/ water containers on entering the stadium.

Please do not enter the pitch area at any time and adhere to the stadium ground regulations.

There will be stewards and security onsite to assist you with your enquiries on the day, and to ensure that the event runs smoothly and safely, so please respect their requests.
