The Munster squad are continuing preparations at the HPC ahead of Friday’s URC round 14 clash against Ospreys at Thomond Park (7.35pm).

Munster v Ospreys tickets are available here.

Gavin Coombes, Keith Earls and Roman Salanoa have all been released back to the Munster squad from Ireland camp with no 6 Nations action this weekend.

Ben Healy also rejoins his Munster team-mates from Scotland camp.

Tadhg Beirne, Craig Casey, Dave Kilcoyne, Conor Murray and Peter O’Mahony all played their part in Ireland’s win over France on Saturday with Kilcoyne winning his 50th Ireland cap.

The IRFU have confirmed that Tadhg Beirne will see a specialist today (Monday) to determine the treatment plan for the leg injury he sustained in the match.

Casey, Kilcoyne, Murray, O’Mahony and Jack Crowley will all take part in a two-day mini camp at the IRFU HPC this week, where they will train with the Ireland U20s.

The U20s beat France at a sold-out Musgrave Park on Friday night. The matchday squad included Munster Academy duo Ruadhán Quinn (Old Crescent) and Evan O’Connell (UL Bohemians), Garryowen’s Brian Gleeson and UCC’s Jacob Sheahan and Danny Sheahan.

On the injury front, Liam O’Connor and Chris Moore (both neck) will both begin rehabilitation periods after sustaining injuries over recent weeks in club matches.

Eoin O’Connor is also unavailable due to a shoulder injury.

RG Snyman is increasing his training load with a view to making his return in March.

Unavailable: Jeremy Loughman (thigh), James French (leg), Tom Ahern (shoulder), Paddy Kelly (head), Eoin O’Connor (shoulder), Jack Daly (knee), Calvin Nash (chest), Andrew Conway (knee), Mike Haley (ankle).
