Munster environmental sustainability

Munster supporters at Thomond Park. Inpho

Munster Rugby are calling on our supporters to help us get a better understanding of different practices so we can improve on everything we do in particular when it comes to our environment and the wider community.

We know we have a responsibility to use our voice to make a difference and inspire change in the right ways and connecting with our supporters is at the heart of what Munster Rugby is and influences everything we do. We want to discover how to funnel this passion in new and exciting ways – tackling global challenges together while delivering sport events which inspire and entertain.

Behind the scenes, we have sustainability initiatives underway which we want to share with you – like transitioning our company cars to fully electric, installing solar panels, and reducing our use of single-use bottles.

We have a climate action plan, carbon targets and are working on a wider sustainability strategy. We commit to showing you what steps we are taking as a club, and what steps you can take as a supporter if you would like to be part of the story.

In this regard, we want to hear from you, our supporters!

Please consider taking approximately 8 mins to complete the below environmental sustainability survey to have your say in this crucial next chapter of the legacy at Munster Rugby.

By completing the survey, you will be in with a chance to win a hospitality package for you and a guest at Thomond Park for a Champions Cup match of your choice in the 2023/24 season.

Update August 2024 – Congrats to John O’Rahilly who won our hospitality package.

Complete the survey online here.
