We spoke to Munster Rugby Sport Scientist Beth Smith to see how the first two weeks of pre-season training have gone for the Munster men’s team.
The URC season starts in 12 weeks as Sharks visit Thomond Park on Saturday, October 21, in the men’s season opener.

Ahead of the URC campaign, there will be two matches in September against Leinster at Musgrave Park and Barbarians at Thomond Park.
