Munster Rugby’s ticket office have introduced SafeTix to allow for a user-friendly, safer and more time efficient mobile ticketing experience.

With SafeTix, screenshots of mobile tickets are no longer valid and cannot be accepted for entry to the stadium.

Get Your Tickets Gameday Ready

To avoid delays, please ensure to log into your ticket account and manage (download, transfer or print) your ticket before arriving at the stadium.

Don’t have a smartphone? You can still print your tickets from your account.

Heading to the game with friends or family? Now’s the time to transfer tickets to allow everyone ease of access at the gates.

If you haven’t logged into your account for some time, then you may be asked to update your password.

Your Phone Is Your Ticket

  1. Sign into your Munster Rugby Account (iPhone users should access the Munster Rugby website via Safari)
  2. Tap into ‘My Events/tickets’ to view your order.
  3. Add your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet, then just tap and go to get in at the gate.

Tap and go is now available with Apple Wallet & Google Wallet.
