The Munster squad are preparing at the HPC ahead of the sold-out St Stephen’s Day URC Interpro derby against Leinster at Thomond Park (7.35pm).

On the injury front, Peter O’Mahony is continuing to rehab his shoulder injury.

Jack O’Donoghue was removed on Sunday with a hip injury. His availability for next week will be determined later in the week.

Patrick Campbell suffered a shoulder injury at the weekend with Young Munster and will now attend a specialist for review.

Jack O’Sullivan is completing the return to play protocols and his availability will be determined later in the week.

Academy lock Edwin Edogbo (neck) will be monitored in training this week and his availability will be determined ahead of the game.

There were seven Munster players in AIL action for their clubs at the weekend,

In Division 1A, Patrick Campbell, Keynan Knox and Chris Moore featured for Young Munster as they beat Cork Constitution 22-21 with Campbell sustaining a shoulder injury.

Darragh McSweeney featured for Shannon in their 38-21 loss to Clontarf.

In Division 1B, Colm Hogan scored a try for Garryowen and Jack Oliver kicked a conversion with George Hadden also featuring as they drew 35-all with UCC.

In player news, the province confirmed last month that RG Snyman will depart for a new playing opportunity on completion of his contract.

Leinster today announced that Snyman will join them next year. We will wish RG the best when he departs but there is still plenty of time remaining this season.

Continuing to rehab: Fineen Wycherley (shoulder), Peter O’Mahony (shoulder), Jean Kleyn (eye), Jack Daly (ankle), Liam Coombes (shoulder), Niall Scannell (groin), RG Snyman (chest/shoulder), Joey Carbery (wrist), Roman Salanoa (knee), Mike Haley (hip), Cian Hurley (ankle/achilles).
