Hear from Head of Rugby Development Colm McMahon and hooker Diarmuid Barron as the Munster squad spent the day at Fethard Town Park.

A crowd of over 2,000 Munster supporters attended to watch the Munster Rugby men’s squad take part in an Open Training Session at the end of August.

McMahon spoke about how important these days are for Munster as a club, as well as to the local area, ‘hopefully it will encourage the community to come down here and play more, and perhaps grow the rugby community. We might see more players in the Fethard colours in years to come!’

It was a fantastic afternoon with plenty of family-friendly activities for supporters, with the squad signing autographs and posing for photographs after training.
