Did you know?

The last eight URC matches between the two sides have been evenly split with four wins apiece whilst Connacht’s last victory at Thomond Park was 24-20 in May 2021.

Munster have won their last two matches against fellow Irish provinces since today’s opponents, Connacht, won 22-9 at Dexcom Stadium on New Year’s Day.

Connacht have lost their last three URC fixtures since they beat Dragons RFC in Round 15.

Connacht won three Championship away fixtures last season, at Sharks in November, at Cardiff in February and at Dragons in April.
