This is a competition for Men’s (Junior); Women’s & Golden Oldies teams & invitations will be issued to all clubs to attend. If you & your club are interested in attending full details are available on the club website www.mallowrfc.com

This year for the first time teams from outside Munster are being invited to attend. This is an excellent weekend with a combination of fast running rugby & social events providing an excellent team building weekend before the start of the competitive season.
