IRFU 2005/6 Junior Interprovincial Championships

The Munster Junior team to face defending champions Ulster on Saturday in Dungarvan RFC has been named, with just two changes from the side that defeated Leinster last weekend

IRFU JUNIOR INTERPROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2005/6

The Munster Junior team to face defending champions Ulster in the IRFU Junior Interprovincial Championship on Saturday has been named. Having beaten Leinster away 19-13 on Saturday last, Munster Juniors will be hoping for their second victory.

Just two changes have been made, with Stephen Ryan from St. Senan s coming into the second row, and Mark Shorley moving from second row to the back row in place of Edmund Leamy who is named on the bench.

The squad is coached by the vastly experienced Kevin O Dwyer from Thurles, who has been at the helm for over a decade, with Bandon s Ricky O Sullivan assisting. The selection team consists of Chairman Liam Lehane from Ballincollig RFC, Christy McNamara from St. Mary s RFC and Tony Daley from Kanturk.

Munster will play Ulster in Dungarvan on September 3rd. The final game is against Connacht on September 10th in Kinsale.
