The Munster Junior team to face Connacht in the IRFU Junior Interprovincial Championship on Saturday in Kinsale RFC has been named, with the management choosing an unchanged side from last weekend’s winning team. With a 19-13 win over Leinster in their opening game, and a dramatic 14-12 victory over Ulster in Dungarvan last weekend, a win over Connacht would secure the Championship title.
The squad is coached by the vastly experienced Kevin O Dwyer from Thurles, who has been at the helm for over a decade, with Bandon s Ricky O Sullivan assisting. The selection team consists of Chairman Liam Lehane from Ballincollig RFC, Christy McNamara from St. Mary s RFC and Tony Daley from Kanturk.
