Anthony Horgan has been forced to withdraw from the Munster side for today’s Heineken Cup meeting with Cardiff Blues with an Achilles tendon injury.
Tomas O’Leary is drafted onto the right wing with Ian Dowling switching to the other flank and Diogo Mateus is brought onto the bench
