Munster In Control At The Break

Tries from Peter Stringer, Donnacha Ryan, Kieran Lewis, Frank Sheahan and Federico Pucciariello have Munster 33-12 in front of Newport Gwent Dragons at Musgrave Park

Stringer’s try came in the ninth minute after Ryan had been stopped short and athough Dragons leveled when Martin Thomas took a good line to benefit from a neat Michael Owen pass, Munster’s response was almost immediate, Ryan crashing over from a rolling maul.

Denis Hurley’s great break set up Lewis’try while the pack worked their magic to send Sheahan over in the 31st minute and Tony Buckley and Alan Quinlan combined in the lead up to Pucciariello’s 36th minute score.
