Irish U20s Record Opening Win

The Irish U20s side overcame the Argentinean challenge in their first pool game of the IRB Junior World Championships in Japan.
At 9am Irish time Ireland kicked off their Junior World Championships facing a very physical Argentina side in Nagoya, Japan.
The Irish U20s, led by Munster academy player Peter O’Mahony, recorded a 16-9 win over their Argentinean counterparts thanks to the boot of Ian McKinley and a Neil Spence try.
Next up for the U20s is New Zealand on Tuesday the 9th, kick off 11am Irish time, which will be streamed live on the IRB website here.
