Ireland Pipped In Gloucester

In his first appearance in an Ireland senior jersey, Simon Zebo got his name on the scorecard but his side still ended up losing by the narrowest of margins (29-28) to the Barbarians in front of an 11,000+ crowd at Kingsholm.

Keith Earls also scored a try for the Irish who lost in the end to a Felipe Contepomi penalty with three minutes of normal time remaining.

The squad will travel to London tomorrow where they'll hook up with the Leinster contingent before flying out to New Zealand on Thursday.
