Niall Ronan Gone For The Season
18th January 2012 By jess
Niall Ronan will take no further part in rugby this season after it was established he’d damaged a cruciate ligament in the opening half of Munster’s Pool five game against Castres Olympique last Saturday.
Instead, he'll undergo an operation on February 3rd to repair the damage and look to resume playing next season.
He'll join his fellow number 7s, David Wallace and Tommy O'Donnell, in the rehab room, although just for a brief period, as both are expected to resume field sessions at some stage in the next month.
