Ryan Signs On For Two More Years

The IRFU announced today that Donnacha Ryan, Man of the Match against Scotland last Saturday, has signed a contract that will see him remain with Munster until the end of the 2013/14 season.
Suggestions in the media that the Tipperary native was unhappy in Munster and eyeing a move to Leinster – "news to me", according to the player himself – have proved unfounded and he joins colleagues Niall Ronan, Billy Holland, Tommy O'Donnell and Denis Hurley in committing to Munster for the next two seasons.
Dave O'Callaghan has accepted a Development contract while Marcus Horan is understood to have agreed terms for a one year contract extension.
