Injury Update

Paddy Butler who was replaced after 55 minutes against Edinburgh on Saturday has been ruled out of action for at least eight weeks.

Butler underwent surgery in Limerick today after sustaining a fracture to his right thumb and could be side-lined for a possible eight to ten weeks.

Simon Zebo who was helped off by medics after 73 minutes with an injury to his left ankle will undergo a scan early this week to identify the full extent of his injury.

While James Coughlan who took a knock to his left forearm had an x-ray this morning which was clear, but he will be monitored as the week progresses.
